Privacy Policy
Precision Pool Schedule is an internal scheduling tool used by Precision Pool Services and the people who work with it to plan pool cleanings at the vacation rental properties it services. This page explains what the tool collects and how it is used.
Who can use it
Only people Precision Pool Services has authorized. Access is granted per Google account. Nobody else can open it, and there is no public sign-up.
What we collect when you sign in
Signing in uses Google Sign-In. From that we receive your Google account's email address, and nothing else — no password, no contacts, no files. The email address is used to let you in and to record who marked a job done or changed a property setting, so the team can see who did what.
What the tool holds
- The list of properties Precision Pool Services cleans, the cleaning rule for each, and the calendar links or booking feeds their owners or managers have given us.
- Arrival and departure dates from those booking calendars, used only to decide when a pool needs cleaning.
- The cleaning schedule generated from them, and the "done" marks and notes the team adds.
Guest names may appear in the booking calendars we receive; the tool does not use them for anything and does not share them.
How it is stored
Everything is stored in Google Cloud, in Precision Pool Services' own project, in the United States. Access to the stored data is limited to the people maintaining the tool.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share any of this information with anyone.
- We do not use it for advertising or analytics.
- We do not send you marketing.
Cookies
Google Sign-In sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. The tool itself keeps only small settings in your browser (for example, which tab you last had open). Nothing tracks you across other sites.
Keeping and deleting
Schedule data is kept while a property is serviced and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. If you leave the team, your access is removed. To have your email address removed from the change history, ask at the address below.
